Augusto Bastos | Pursuit of Passions

"I believe that social justice is not a privilege but a right, and it's our responsibility to fight for it. Through education, community building, and activism, we can create a world where everyone has access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive."

Augusto’s passion for education and social justice stems from his life experience, shaped by the circumstances in his homeland of Angola under the shadow of colonialism and corruption.

He believes that education can benefit all human populations and that it is our responsibility as humans to participate actively in the development and evolution of humankind. Augusto's pursuit of excellence stems from his philosophy that one must strive for it, even if it means being accused of being a perfectionist.

Throughout his life, Augusto has been impacted in many ways, and he learned that having a purpose is essential; he advises others to pursue their passions with excellence, learn from their experiences, and strive to make a difference.
